It is important to share your Organ Donation wishes with your family, as they will always be asked for consent in the event of your untimely death. With the recent passing of the Human Tissue Act an Opt-Out Register will soon be introduced. Your next-of-kin will not be approached if you register your decision not to be an organ donor (Opt-Out).
