Holiday Dialysis Survey 2016
This survey is designed for people currently on haemodialysis. Its purpose is to gather data from people who have received dialysis whilst travelling (holiday and/or business), and to also learn from those who have not travelled whilst on dialysis – to gain an understanding of their willingness to travel and what obstacles, if any, (other than financial), might discourage them from travelling. Some of the survey questions are in a format that allows comparisons with surveys conducted by other patient organisations in Europe.
